Online Returns

Sir Troy’s Toy Kingdom accepts new, unopened, and undamaged items for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and tracking is highly recommended. A 5% restocking fee applies to online returns. Online purchases may also be returned at any Sir Troy’s Toy Kingdom location with the original order receipt.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Blind bags and blind packs, food items, trading and collectible cards, LEGO® Minifigures, LEGO® parts, previously owned LEGO® sets, gift certificates, and items with damaged packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled. The item must instead follow our standard return process and meet all return eligibility requirements above.
