Online Returns: Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom accepts new unopened items for return within 30 days. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.  Purchasing tracking on returning items is highly suggested. 5% re-stocking fee will apply.  Items purchased online can be returned in store with receipt of purchase.

Cancelled orders: Once your order has been placed and a label is created cancellation is not possible.  The item would need to follow the return process for a refund.
